Why I Created Tranquil Whipser

Hi, I’m Louise, and I created Tranquil Whisper because I know what it feels like to live in a body overwhelmed by anxiety and stress.

About 15 years ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer — and deep down, I knew that years of unprocessed stress and anxiety had taken a toll on my health.

I did everything I could to recover and rebuild… but three years ago, I received another diagnosis — bladder cancer.

Thankfully, it hadn’t spread. But the emotional and physical impact reminded me again:

This wasn’t just random. My body had been sounding the alarm for years.

That’s when I knew I had to go deeper. As a trained spiritual teacher, I believed in the power of positive thinking — and I still do. But I also came to understand something crucial:

You can’t only think your way out of anxiety. You have to feel your way through it to.

You have to support your nervous system. And for that, you need other tools.

Why I Created This Website and Courses.

I created Tranquil Whisper for anyone who feels stuck in stress, burnout, or overwhelm. For those who’ve tried mindset shifts and still feel anxious. For those who want real relief — not more pressure.
